lyrics
Can you feel the strong smell that’s coming from inside?
A creature was born when another died
Once you’re in you won’t come out, this ritual is our bound
Frantic phrases at the speed of sound
In a shelter, in our refuge, you have to assume
Shredding notes is what we do
Leave behind your daily routine, back to the scene
…spread the fire with gasoline
If you’re looking for noise, and a place to hide, a hole of fun, the underground
Take no shit and come around, you’ll find us at the one, one, one
If you smell alcohol and the adrenaline flows, we’re here, where all began
Take no shit and come around, you’ll find us at the one, one, one
At the ONE ONE ONE!
Let’s start the second round in our playground
No more stand by, burn the town
Breaking walls is what we want ‘cause it’s the right
Exciting things blow our minds
No more search, now you know, don’t you roam
Come and make yourself at home
Come and join this place of sin, you’ve never been
And be prepared for this killing machine
If you’re looking for noise, and a place to hide, a hole of fun, the underground
Take no shit and come around, you’ll find us at the one, one, one
If you smell alcohol and the adrenaline flows, we’re here, where all began
Take no shit and come around, you’ll find us at the one, one, one
This is their most refined album yet, and man do they know how to show the world what neck-wrecking metal really is. The album is 10/10 the whole way through, love the tone of the guitar, the drums are relentless, bass is heavy as fuck, and I gotta say, “Living on Parole” is the funnest outro to an album I’ve listened to in a long time.
